IGNACIO AGUILLO
FOUNDER & CEO
Ignacio Aguillo is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in sports and finance. He began his career in investment banking, working in New York, London, Paris, and Mexico City. In 2012, he joined Atlético de Madrid, where he assisted the Board with capital structure and corporate strategy.
Notably, Aguillo spearheaded the foundation of Atlético de Kolkata in India and the acquisition of RC Lens in France, where he served as CEO. From 2018 to 2024, he served as a senior advisor to CVC Capital Partners on global football investments and was a board director at World Padel Tour during its rapid expansion.
In the tech sector, Aguillo founded Kaizen Play, an AI-driven app designed to improve performance for aspiring athletes. He holds an MBA (Hons) from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
